One-on-One Coaching

Psychometric Assessment

Understanding your strengths, challenges and behaviour patterns is the most effective way to tailor your development plan. Using valid, reliable psychometric instruments we will measure factors like behaviour, motivational drivers, personality, natural talent and emotional intelligence. Peer Group Coaching

Peer coaching is the solution to leverage collective knowledge of a small group of your colleagues, none of whom have oversight or authority over the others. Within these dynamics, you share insights, feedback, challenges, practices and provide accountability. As a group coach, I provide structure and focus, valuable learning content and trust to ensure involvement in a supportive environment. As a result, connection is fostered and tacit knowledge is shared in a space that encourages communication and collaboration, developing leadership skills. Team Coaching

Personality

If you feel different from others, it’s because you are! Most people have no idea how unique they really are. Personality is hard-wired from early adulthood, and it’s not meant to be changed or “developed”. Why would you do that? However, personality gives us valuable information about how you prefer to think, engage with others and apply yourself. Your personality traits are your “default” when you are operating in your comfort-zone. However, they do not accurately predict behaviour. In between natural tendencies and behaviour comes choice. Take a deep dive with me so you can make those choices intentional.

Emotional Intelligence

Intellectual horsepower and technical capability will get you so far, but emotional intelligence (EI) is actually 2x as predictive of success. Yes! Having this set of emotional and social skills is more important for high-performing leaders. The good news is that EI is a skill that can be developed and matured over time. The challenge is that it’s a complex skill. Assessment can reveal how well you perceive and express yourself, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way. If you were not completely satisfied with a previous assessment, I’ll find you one that offers reliability, validity and internal consistency.
